As part of the redesign of the KSV1870 internet portal, the digital application process for InfoPassport and GDPR information orders have also been integrated. These documents contain the information stored about private individuals at the KSV1870 organization and are oriented in their respective form to the intended purpose.

Previously, orders were placed via an online form and delivered by post. Now this process is completely digitalized – from ordering, user authentication and payment to delivery as a PDF download link by e-mail. Within two working days, the creditworthiness information is in the mailbox. “Security and data protection have top priority for us and therefore, we are pleased that we have now found a digital way that meets these requirements and at the same time significantly increases service quality,” says Gerhard Wagner, Managing Director of KSV1870 Information GmbH.

The digital application processes were realized together with Kapsch Business Com on their KISS platform.

Important components of the Kapsch Business Com SaaS offer are

• individual document and workflow management,
• video and photo identification,
• credit assessments and plausibility checks,
• structured, OCR-supported customer data acquisition and
• digital signature in combination with the biometric signature.

The services primarily address financial and trading companies to optimize their eCommerce offering.
